The newest instrument you have ever heard

01

Born in the 2000s

One of the world's youngest instruments. A singing sculpture, shaped and tuned from two sheets of steel.

02

Every note belongs

Each handpan is tuned to a single scale. Wherever your hands land, the sound is in harmony. There are no wrong notes.

03

No experience needed

No sheet music, no lessons. It is closer to meditation than to practice, and it begins the first time you touch it.

Listen, and fall in love.

"I had never played an instrument in my life.
I honestly wondered if I could.

Questions, answered

Can a complete beginner really play it?

Yes. A handpan is tuned to a single scale, so everywhere your hands land is in harmony. You do not need to read music. Most people draw a simple melody from it within minutes of first touching it.

Which model should I choose?

Each has its own character. The Alpha, with ten notes, is warm and balanced, in harmony wherever your hands land; the Beta speaks from a low B, for quiet hours; the Gamma carries twelve notes across more than two octaves, up into shimmering high notes. But what matters most is simple: choose the sound you fell in love with. That is the instrument you will play longest, and happiest. Start with the sound samples above.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Worldwide from Tokyo, by EMS with insurance and tracking, in packaging designed for instruments. The shipping rate for your region is shown at checkout, and dispatch takes 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–10 days after dispatch; any import duties are the recipient's responsibility.

How do I care for it?

Gently. A wipe with a dry cloth after playing, shade instead of direct sun, and a thin coat of handpan oil now and then. Every instrument arrives with a hard case, and our Owner's Guide walks you through the rest.
